As well as a faster racing time, a hull scrub can save as much as 25% off your fuel bill! If left too long, this can work out quite expensive and can result in your boat having to be lifted for a total clean and new anti foul applied.
A good rule of thumb is a clean every four weeks to keep performance in top form and keep your hull cleaning bill down over the year.
HULL SCRUBS
The following charges are for a four man HSE dive team working in the Cowes area and based on the work taking approximately one hour – as work allows.
Prices charged are ex VAT.
ADD 20% for dirty boat surcharge
Additional assignments:
- To fit anodes with a hull scrub add £30 per anode (anodes supplied by customer)
- Search & Recovery of lost item £240* – VAT Zero rated
- To clear rope/obstruction from prop £200*
- Diver or ROV video survey - POA
*One hour in water dive time
